Our Management encourages extracurricular activities that are in line with the educational objectives of the institution and meet the needs of the students. Cultural activities prepare students for real life and strengthen their personal skills: they help students discover themselves, develop in their chosen fields, and grow in organisation, presentation, leadership and interpersonal communication. Together, these formal and informal, professional and amateur activities form the community’s cultural assets.

How Samarpan Is Run

Cultural Committee

Cultural events and competitions are organised for students every year by a cultural committee of faculty members, with plenty of encouragement from the Management, the Principal and the faculty for students to take part.

Schedule & Judging

A detailed schedule of dates and venues for the competitions is circulated among students. Coordinators and judges appointed by the Head of the institution conduct the events and announce the winners.

Awards & Recognition

Winners are awarded by the Management for both co-curricular and extracurricular achievements.

On Stage at Samarpan

Winners are also encouraged to perform on stage before the chief guest during the College Day (Samarpan) celebrations.
