Department of Training and Placement at C. Byregowda Institute of Technology (CBIT) gives high priority to the importance of training and mentoring for every individual. Students are exposed to best hands-on in-demand trainings on both Technical and Non-Technical front. Department is well equipped with excellent infrastructure to support each and every stage of the placement processes. It is the outcome of department’s continuous effort that college has 100+ such noble clients for whom CBIT is a preferred college for all their Placement requirements. Each and every student of the college is given equal and ample support towards: Industrial trainings, Internships, Final Placements and Entrepreneurial mentoring. Campus placement is organized at college level throughout the year so that maximum number of students gets placed. Training and Placement Cell also guides the students for higher studies. It is as a result of our unique training methodology; we are always been preferred by premier corporate(s) to acquire fresh talent.

The Changing paradigms have made mandatory for an academic institution to foster a new breed of professionals – individuals equipped with the right kind of knowledge, technical skills, ability to think out of the box and innovation. The industry expectations have gone higher and only those sustain who have the right attitude & skills to accept challenges and increase the performance ladder each day. Hard work is no more the key to success alone but individuals are expected to work smarter and consistently without failure.

Objectives:

To provide ample opportunities for placement of Management Students to achieve cent per cent placements.

Tie-up arrangements with Industries & Corporate of repute for Campus recruitment.
Create awareness among students regarding available career options and help them in identifying their career objectives and Act as a bridge between students, alumni and employers.
