The Department of Information Science and Engineering, will be started from the year 2025, was founded with the objective of delivering high-quality education to equip students with the skills necessary to design, develop, and address engineering challenges in fields such as healthcare, socio-cultural development, and environmental sustainability through the application of Information Technology. The department initially begins with an enrolment of 60 students.
The approach will be taken by the Department includes imparting technical knowledge through technical activities that inculcate problem solving skills, facilitating real time projects that involve identification and use of relevant software tools. We acknowledge that candidate is equipped with the right theoretical and practical knowledge that allows them to contribute to the society and industry.
Beyond academics, the department will organize technical seminars and hand’s-on workshops to familiarize students with emerging industry trends. It also offers a range of extracurricular activities to support the holistic development of students.
To confer quality education in the field of Information Technology and foster student to become global IT professionals to provide innovative solutions in meeting the demands of both society and industry.
