The selection process of various companies are constantly changing year after year. Considering the selection process of companies who have visited engineering / management campuses in Bangalore over the past five years, the changes incorporated by them and the process they follow, we have designed our program to equip our students’ to face the selection process with confidence.
Our Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) program for students is designed depending on the specific requirements. During the program we ensure that students are given the required amount of practice in various areas like Quantitative Ability, Verbal Ability, Reasoning Ability, Group Discussion, Personality Development and interview.
C Byregowda Institute of Technology holds an in-house Training Department with well experienced trainers. We confide in the art of Training and Development to identify and motivate the innate talents and caliber of the students and to refine their personalities using varied training methodologies. Training can influence the students’ holistic development thereby securing a promising career. Hence the students of C Byregowda Institute are trained right from the first year of their engineering studies to help them identify and develop the ‘Professional’ within them. The intervention that is facilitated during the first year of the students’ studies focuses on helping the students to introspect and bring out their hidden self and form a self-identity. This Personality Development Programme also helps the students to refine their communication skills, interpersonal skills and gives them clarity on what they have to achieve in their life Vs what the society expects out of them.
As the corporate industry is overly demanding, the environment is getting to become a lot competitive than how it was a few years back. The students have to poses sharp Arithmetic, Analytical and Logical Reasoning Abilities to fight the competition and to prove their competency. During the second year of their studies, the students of CBIT are trained on varied aptitude modules to enable them to thrive and survive the today’s demanding Corporate Society.
Further the pre-final year students are trained on how to crack the interview where they will be exposed to a lot of practice sessions on Group Discussion and also mock interviews. Tips on how to crack the aptitude and verbal tests are also given by the in-house trainers as well as the outsourced industry experts. Company based finishing-school training which focuses on a specific organization is imparted to the final year students where they are trained in a stimulated interview atmosphere.
The Training and Development department also takes individualized care of each of the students and career and personal counseling is also given to the students.
